![]() ![]() Keep all work areas clean and safe, keeping walkways clear and floors dry.Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of a shift.Maintain dish station in an organized and clean condition throughout shift.Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans that have been cleaned to their appropriate storage area.Thoroughly wash and sanitize all soiled dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.Maintain adequate levels of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine.For each shift, set up and prepare dish machine for proper operation.Complete daily opening and closing duties as directed, including cleaning, trash removal, food prep, and restocking.Must arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to work for each shift.BASIC FUNCTIONS: The Restaurant Steward’s primary responsibilities are to check and receive shipments, complete daily opening and closing tasks, operate and maintain dishwasher area, and maintain cleanliness throughout Boathouse Asian Noodles and Cafe 88 located in the Graton Resort and Casino. ![]()
